Adding and Subtracting Fractions Tarsia Puzzle

In this activity, students will practice adding and subtracting fractions with like and unlike denominators (no mixed numbers, although some answers are mixed numbers). As students find the match to their problem, they will look for the solution and match the edges together until all problems are solved and the puzzle is complete! This activity is a fun, hands-on way for students to practice their basic fraction skills, and it works great for group work or reinforcement of skills.
